To find articles on your topic, a good place to start is the Academic Search Premier database, which is the first one listed on our database page:

If you need assistance with your search strategy, I encourage you to make an appointment with a librarian.
To find books, search the online catalog, accessible from the library home page. Start by entering one or two words related to your topic (e.g., employment, hiring, qualifications, etc.). Again, a librarian will be happy to work with you if you are having difficulties finding anything on your topic.
