Q. Do we have access to IEEE and ACM journals or articles for doing research papers?

I am graduate student in MSIS program. We have to do extensive research with topics related to IT. How can I access IEEE Computer Society and ACM (Association for Computing Machinery). Thanks.

I am not seeing anything come up for IEEE however. If you have a specific IEEE article you are looking for, you could always request it through ILL http://web1.desales.edu/default.aspx?pageid=12007
