we could use to find acceptable/valid instrument for our projects. Do you happen to know the name of that refence. Is it avalaible on line?

Could it be the Mental Measurements Yearbook? We have the 18th edition (2010) of this book here in the library. It can't be checked out, but you're very welcome to use it here. The tests themselves are not included in the book, just descriptions and reviews of the tests.
