Many of our instructors use SafeAssign in Blackboard. Do you know if your instructor has set this up for you? It is part of the Blackboard package, so it doesn't cost the students anything, but it does need to be set up by your instructor.

A quick Google search identified the following two free plagiarism checker sites:

http://www.plagtracker.com/

http://www.paperrater.com/plagiarism_checker

Since I haven't used either of these sites, I don't know how well they do the job of checking for plagiarism, but one or the other might give you enough feedback to assist you in identifying some potential problems. If you have included text in your paper from a library database that requires a login, however, it is unlikely that these plagiarism sites have access to that content, so would not then identify any potential problems from those sources. Just a heads-up that these should be used with caution. If you would like more direct feedback, please feel free to schedule an appointment with a librarian, or you might want to set up a meeting with your instructor.
