Hi - Great!  You can search the full text of the WSJ (Wall Street Journal) database online, and here's how:

Go to the Library home page and click on the "A - Z Databases" link in the rectangular box under the photo

You will need to enter your DeSales University username and password to get to our online databases page.

Once there, since you already know the name of the database you want, click on "W" in the alpha list of letters across the top of the page.  On the next page click on the Wall Street Journal and this will take you to the ProQuest / The Wall Street Journal home page.  Since you have more than one piece of information to search,  i.e., name and date, choose 'Advanced Search.'  On the Advanced Search screen, enter the name you want to search on the search bar, and open the window across from the 'Publication Date' to choose "On this date."  Enter your date.  Run the search.

Let me know if you have any difficulty following these directions to complete this search, or if you do not get what you are looking for.  I am happy to walk you through it by phone or email.  I can be reached through the library Circulation Desk phone 610-282-1100 x1266 or you can email me at loretta.ulincy@desales.edu

Have a great day!

Let me know if that ISN"T what you were wanting or expecting.
