Thanks for the question. Due to the recent network issues on campus, IT made changes to access of library resources.
If you are receiving a message that the "site cannot be reached" or "Inter-institutional access failure. Please contact your system administrator for assistance" please follow these steps:
1. Clear your cache and your cookies. This will allow you to reach the new login site through the new server.
2. Close down all open windows and restart your browser
3. Go to https://desales.libguides.com/az.php?a=all and select the database you would like to search.
4.Sign in utilizing your MyDSU credentials.
If you are still having trouble please contact us. We can test onsite and/or remote access to ensure it is not another issue (database or ez proxy issue). If it is working on our end we will then redirect you to the helpdesk.
